The Monte Pego Theatre Company is in rehearsal for its Spring Production Mixed Doubles, performing on 31 March, 1 and 2 April, at the theatre in Rafol d’Almunia.

Because of the nature of the show, we are using three directors, Debbie Wallis and Jeff and Jane Corbett. These three members are also appearing in the show and here we see Jeff and Jane in a sketch about adultery. This is an entertainment on marriage and starts with the wedding, and continues through the beginnings of a honeymoon, infidelity, togetherness, and remembering; showing tolerance, habits, lack of sensitivity and the comfort of being almost one person in two skins. I am afraid, though, that the woman seems to come out on top throughout! Just like life?
